Making the Most of Your Visit
Prior to your initial visit, it is important for us to have notes from your previous physicians. A referral from your primary care provider can often accomplish this. If you have seen surgeons or other specialists, notes from these providers can help us decide the best treatment options for you.
Physical therapy frequently provides significant benefits for painful conditions. Additionally, this is frequently required by most insurance companies before any procedure can be approved. Consider having physical therapy completed prior to your initial visit as this may expedite any treatment plan that could be beneficial for you.
Please bring all of your medications to your initial visit.
More than just treatment.
